It seems like the only product with his name attached to it that has actually been making good power is the 3.6 SOHC turbo cam.

If Bisi actually did testing he would see all those odd ball angles on exhaust manifolds never applies to the real world power wise. On the old man's h2b crx we tried making similar designs and came up with alot of torque below vtec,worthless imo and huge top end failure. Not surprised the classic tri-y designs owned his stuff.

He has one of the few dyno's left in southern california still in business so we will be seeing him for many years to come. Im still very torn thinking that his all motor cars always were on the bottle since no one has come close to producing the power #'s he has with his accord motors running literally a copy of his setup.

I should start dropping links to his stuff failing on the accord forums, all the F22 guys have huge boners for bisi.  The only nutswingers more into him than honda tech are the accord people.  Its fucking annoying.

From a all motor honda stand point that is fair amount of power. Also like I said the bisi header peaked at the lowest rpm which is what I experienced in a real world environment. It is not just about peak power with all motor cars but the ability to carry that power as most h2b cars with cams,port work,real intake will shift at around 9-9500 rpm's at the track even with b series gearing and a tiiite final drive.


I have been around alot of these setups and tuned a couple 280+whp ones and the funky angle headers never worked on anything I tuned.


Conclusion its by far the weakest header design. Peaks the lowest makes the leatstpower and will not carry power outside of peak as needed for all motor drag cars.

As the number of bends increase the restriction increases unless some other factor is introduced like stepped tube sizes. There is a reason why zoomies came about. Also it is clear he has no clue what happens after the collector given he chooses to place a bend directly after it, pretty good indicator he is a dumbass.

Its a stock bottom end h22,  pro 1 cams.  Ported p13 IM with 4 to 3.5 intake pipe. Its in a gutted to hell eg that runs 11.5@ 115-116

It makes peak power at the lowest rpm and as stated I promise that car shifts at 9500 rpm's and never even makes back to the power range where that bisi header makes a little more.


Trust me on this mike I have done alot of these h2b setups and Ill promise with the other brands the car will trap atleast 2-3 mph in the quarter. Been there done that with back to back header tests at the track.

Those funky angle shit dont work yo.

The lower powerband shift is a function of the primary length, which is why Bisi made a "bundle of snakes" so he could fit a longer primary length with a decent collector length and still fit into factory location. Due to all the stupid bends he has to use a larger diameter piping to overcome the loss of flow from all the twists and turns.

His headers were originally designed for use with ITB setups so the "noids" would come into play as the TQ was falling off from the primary length tuning. Thus making a smoother powerband instead of the typical ITB powerband. Also higher compression was a factor.

To take a "race design" and try to mass market it to work on a stock motor with cams and ported intake, ain't gonna happen.
