You could use a shoe string and emery cloth strips

Or if you have a bench grinder get a polishing wheel with a bit of polishing compounds.

Like this:

Some basic info.

A vid on how to do this:

Make your own, all ya need is an angle grinder and a polishing pad/disc to do the same thing as that.  :noel:

What does Spain have? 220v? There has to be a way to make that work. That's a much better option over making one that costs more money

yes, it's possible but it will cost more than machine cost to convert 110v to 220v. i know this because i got ago long time a chopsaw and i have there not used for that reason..

anyway ive ordered already roller and special band saws.. i will let you know soon!

I was going to tell you to buy one of these, but didn't realize how much they cost.

I use them at work to test line regulation.

Most electronics that are made for 60hz work fine on 50hz. If you can get the voltage down to 120, you should be able to run any US shit.

Unless you happen to be not afraid to run one of these

http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-40A-110V-220V-Power-Adjustable-Thyristor-Transform-4KW-PWM-Speed-Control-/251349987898?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3a85a0723a (http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-40A-110V-220V-Power-Adjustable-Thyristor-Transform-4KW-PWM-Speed-Control-/251349987898?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item3a85a0723a)

(my guess is that it would last about 2ms at 40 amps).

seems stupid easy to make .  weld a 5/8 nut to some shit like a pully with rubber on it, then flip belt sander belts inside out and thats about it
