steel?And i know everyone is probly thinking blocked off wastegate im going to blow it up but its a cap the wastgate still opens and theres plenty of room behind the DP flange for the exhaust to go threw

No its just a steel weldment fitting cap

Do you a shot of the downpipe from the back? The side that mates to the turbo.

Yea, i smoothed it all all out with a sanding disc
