When it won't start spray the dist housing directly outside of the ignitor with freon, starting fluid, ice cubes, etc. If it's the ignitor, the temp change will make it work again.

If you smell fuel, you are cranking WOT to try and clear it out, right?

I have replaced the ignitor already and also tried another known good distributor

Did you try another main relay? I had one bad on my civic and it won't start when warm 50% of time.

i have done that as well..

its not like the car dies and it wont start. i can even turn the car off with the key and it wont start after wards

Try another ECU (if bad, I can fix, but is unlikely) and you're 100% sure you reflowed ALL of the main relay contacts?

the best thing you can do is swap all engine management stuff with known good parts until it clears up. ecu, map sensor, tps, wiring harness, injectors, etc. (NOT IN THAT ORDER, just making a point)

im using my buddies main relay off of his perfectly running DA. I think it maybe an injector leaking or giving too much fuel when its cold. I think it may have to do with my basemap as well......

Flipnog says when he turns the key back on = solid CEL and pure gas out the tailpipe. Not quite sure, but I think he means it's a solid CEL the whole time.

Can you get us pix of the shit running into and out of the ECU, screenshots of ECUControl if you can't save logs, etc?

Unplugging the resistor box and running the engine on ether dries it out really well, but it's not as good as fresh plugs if you've been hammering on the current ones a lot.

Timing would be super hard. dont think you would be able to turn it on.

It should idle. Too much timing for a turbo D in boost, but it might just bog and choke from the too much fuel if you tried.

Dont dump all that fuel in the cylinders your rings wont be happy. I personally would break the motor in on motor/stock injectors/stock ecu

If you just want to leave the turbo on, then put a check valve in the wg line so the wg is always open and run your stock injectors/ecu that way, or just set the boost cut at 1 psi.
