If it was a honda I would say valve cover gasket....
-
VC Gasket. Had the same issue with my Kawasaki..

you know the little oil seals that go in the top of the VC that seal to the top of the spark plug tube? I'd check there if they are build like honduhs
-
with older no-tec sohc Honda motors, the LMA actaully is part of the spark plug tube. so there are also o-rings lower on the head as well as at the top of the tube in the VC

most of the time with the toyota's depending on the motor, the spark plug tube actully screws into the head, you have to remove, apply a thread sealant and re install the spark plug tube, also their are seals in top of the valve cover two that are prone to leaking, look up the repair manual on the net for your year to make sure the tubes screw out, some motors/year are pressed in, and some are threaded, their is a tool to remove the threaded tubes without distoring them, i think snap on makes a version of it, usually its the lower part of the tube that causes leakage, if pressed in you can removed the valve cover and place a peice of wood on top of the tube and give it a couple gentle taps with a hammer to help re seat it, or clean it up really good around the base of the tube and apply a sealant

4a plugs go straight into the head. Check the 17mm allen plugs that are visible in the top of the head, if your sure its not the VC gasket.

this is what im leaning towards. but i was looking at those huge things, and thinking how could those be leaking.
ill check them.
