Title: Tig videos through the helmet?
Post by: Foowee on June 07, 2009, 09:31:26 AM
I've used a tig twice.  It doesn't remind me of mig or stick at all, it seems more like soldering.  Do you guys know of more videos like these?

Hot Wire TIG Welding (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v3ST6QuoRjk&feature=related#lq-lq2-hq-vhq)

Magnatech Video Arc Monitoring System (V.A.M) (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WqvzvvEMV7c&feature=related#lq-hq-vhq)

The super expencive miller ones are, but they're not online anywhere and very hard to get your hands on. we made some over the shoulder ones in class one time that were OK. wish i had a copy.
