steve i do a lot of local stuff, i do online sales but i sell them to someone else that sells them. thats the only person i sell them to online unless someone contacts me about one.

i weld the collector up before the mani is built, and weld the runner to the collector last. its not as hard as it looks, for me anyways.

the only jig i use is my collector jig for cutting collectors. other then that i freehand everything.

nah bottom mount, could probably make a top mount pretty easy with one.

Horrible gas coverage, Way too much amperage, poor penetration, there will be stress cracks at every weld that you crystallized, due to your poor management of heat and filler application...

Looks great. Ill agree with steve compared to the rest of alot of you guys my welding sucks major ballzz. I still want to buy a tig one of these days just spending the money on one never seems to be there.
