Title: weird Turbo inlet

hey anyone know what type of inlet flange this is? i looked everywhere and cant find it, the turbos a mitsubishi td04hl 15t of one of those airtreks. Chrysler flange w/ a round opening... weird.

usually they are t3 sized openings.

currently in production, its a little bitty fucker 2.8l  cummins I think its a GT18xx series or something similar
