Here is a picture of the machine, can you explain to me what means each one please? I know about post flow and slope downw, what i dont understand is about Base Current , Pulse width, Pulse Freq, Welding current , AC Freq. and AC balance.

http://www.weldingtipsandtricks.com/tig-welder-reviews.html he also have other  videos explaining more about A/C balance/freq. Most ppl don't use the pulse setting unless it real thin material usually they set the machine and go. Hopefully that China ting will last cause those things are a hit or miss.

I done alot of research for a TIG when I bought mine. Those china TIG comes from all the same factory just with different color and name slapped on them. Right now major brand pushers  are Neverlast, NOTlongevity, and Fail(east)wood all have the same 200amp TIGs out right now. On one forum the Neverlast company sponsors  delete/modify/close threads of people  posting bad reviews about their machines. The warranty are nice but how many times you want to send it back and forth unless your a hobbyist. Only china machine I would purchase is Thermal Arc.(Heard they make them in the US too?) Didn't want to threadjack but just my 2cents so people won't have to go through the headaches. Now back on topic walter show us some your fab work its been awhile.
