I've seen some of the lego tubes they use for stuff like this, but afaik the cost is bonkers for one set. All I'd suggest to them is an elbow that simulates their elbow radius better. W/o that they probably do screw up occationally. I'm guessing they offer some sort of repair for those situations, though.
