H-series trans parts

I cant seem to find a ligament answer to my question. A friend gave me a free M2j4 trans it needs a new 3/4 hub, slider, and maybe syncro. I cant tell if I can just use any other h22 trans parts or if they are specific. In other words how interchangeable are they trans

H2A5, H2C4, H2S8, H2U4, H2U5, M2A4, M2A5, M2B4, M2C4, M2F4, M2F5, M2J4, M2J5, M2K4, M2L5, M2P4, M2R4, M2S4, M2T4, M2U4, M2V5, M2X4, M2X5, M2Y4, M2Z4, N2C4, N2D4, N2E5, N2S4, P2A4, P2A5, P2A8, P2C4, P2U5, S2A4, S2A8, T2C5, T2T4, T2W4, U2G5, U2J4, U2L4, U2N4, U2Q7

Thats the Euro R tranny.

Sick... Verrrry hard to find. Any H22 shit will work (EXCEPT H23-NO M2S4 parts will work for 3-4 but will for the rest)

M2Y4 M2B4 M2A4 etc will all interchange. 

I know I have a good usable 3-4 slider and syncros  for H22 shit... Not sure about the hub. IF its not THAT BAD, you can just wire wheel the fuck out of it. I MIGHT have the hub too doe.
