seriously, its the authors work. if they no longer want it up in a certain place, it should be taken down. his letter is bull, we know it, he knows it. we could just as easily send him the letter telling he to take off the work written by us. it would kind of be like a cease and desist letter. in any case the material is copyrighted to the author.

I have already contacted my attorney and am perusing legal action. After sending him a request to remove my posts, I have been blocked completely from seeing the site to verify that they are gone. Another email was sent telling him to provide proof of there removal else allow me to only view the site to verify there removal or I would peruse legal action tomorrow.
