what setup do i would can use for make a 4-1 collector? ill use 1.5  - 1.89OD .101thick steel.

i tried this:

Diameter 1
(cut tube) : 1.89

Wall Thickness
(cut tube) : 1.89

Diameter 2    : 1.5

Angle : 45

Offset : 0

i'd like some of you guys can help me with this, just i'd like to have this marked for begin cut pipes by tomorrow. ill make a cheap Ramhorm for my Z6 reubild in EF civic.

thats for making fish mouth cuts in round tubing.

all you need to do is set the saw for 12 or so degrees, make 1 cut. then spin the tube 90 degrees and make another cut.

A HF chop saw (under $100) and a jig can do it. I wouldn't even try it with an angle grinder.
