Hey fuckers, my buddy is thinking of using this turbo with his 1jzgte.  I convinced him into not getting a garrett 3076 but im curious as to how it spools and the kind of power delivery you get.  Thoughts?

Meh.  600whp turbo.  What does he want? Spool? Top-End?

BW makes a good product. The best in-fact.  Depends on what he needs and what his budget is I suppose.

He wants similar spool and performance that a 3076 provides. I duno what exhaust size n shit, but i think his goals in the 1jz is somewhere around 450whp with good spool.  The faggot drifter online store web forum whore wants him to buy a precision, or garret billet turbo.  He shit all over the BW, so i told him to ask this vendor how long he owned a BW and if he didnt to get fucked.

Anyway im guessing 450whp and quickish spool. His a drifter guy and whines about lag.

BW has had billet compressor wheels for a few years now.  The BW will do what he wants and then some, with better quality and reliability. His $$$ though.

Yes.  The S200-S300 series are overstocked right now.  I know of some new ones that were sold wholesale for $250 each.  This is not suprising, considering the state of the economy.

There are lots of threads on H-T in the archive about this turbo.  I'd suggest looking them up and seeing what they say.

Here is one I happen to have referenced in this thread: http://www.realhomemadeturbo.com/forum/index.php?topic=9841.0
