Title: what do you would use for make..

exhausts and downpipes jigs? i will make some downpipes and i can't make each working on the car so i need to make jigs for that..i'd like to know if you have make any ..what did you use .... i was looking for use "tube clamps" , or squeare tube but im not sure!

It really depends on what you're making. Angle iron, aka L-channel steel (shape of the letter "L"), can be great for sections of tubing. I'd use that and hose clamps to hold the tubing, then use steel tube or rod (cement rebar from a construction site!) to hold the sections of angle iron in place. You can also use a large piece of wood to bolt sections of the jig together to keep cost and weight down.

well, i had to make it yesterday and was thinking about it and finally decided to get 20X20mm square tubing, and made "U" parts fitting it to close to the piece (downpipe this time), welded with another "angle sheet" (idk how it's called in english) and everything worked good, i will try to make just using the jig and test how good fits in the car.

i'd post it some pics soon.

Sounds like you are on the right track. The way in reading your English it sounds like square tubing for the frame and angle iron for tube placement.

I did find something pretty close to what I was thinking, but google images for iPhone is suddenly homosexual and won't give me the image url.

I'd have used the square tube as the "spine" or frame, and the L-shape as the part touching the exhaust pipes. Then use hose clamps to keep them on.
