some repairing..





I just practiced about some hours, i hope to improve my welding technique in aluminium soon!!

I have to make another ic piping for another car and a intake pipe for evo, i will try to post pics very soon!.

looks solid to me.  i always try to weld aluminum hot and fast with lots of filler dipping to keep the pool from melting away too quickly.

i will shoot more pics of the job im doing, also i will get pure tungsten for welding aluminium in higher amp since red one doesnt works good when i raise amp..

Looks proper as fuck.   Wish i could do half as good.  I just melt alot of shit and get no penetration at all....

Making good progress! Looks like you might have some tungsten standoff problems, but that just takes practice to overcome. Nothing is going to beat just doing it.
