Just to clarify, from what I've read they only ban the xbox and not your account. A quick trip to walmart would have you back in bidness

Me either. They are starting that wave three game crap which requires you to update the firmware to play the newer games. I'll stick to non wave three games with my old firmware for a min to see what happens. Not going to be a guinea pig.

I heard of some people having problem while updating to the new firmware. Not to mention with the added crap I want to see if there is something that will trigger another ban wave. I don't want to have to get a new 360. My brother has a newer one with a lite on drive and they are a bitch to flash.

Halo Wars isn't wave three, I have it. It sucks nuts. RTS doesn't belong on console IMO. I'm still working on Star Ocean. I was hesitate at first, but besides some corny ass dialogue the game is damn good. I wish I wouldn't have wasted a disc on Resident Evil 5, that game is a fail boat.

I still have yet to send my elite away I keep forgetting. But I used my friends leet hackorz skills to do mine. Kit cost $100 and worked like a charm.

He is a super nerd though
