I watched the ZR1 vid. 7:26.4 sec (4.3 slower than the viper).

Haha funny you mention that. There is a kid that has one that is local and he put it in the ditch. Who would have thought driving it in winter was a bad idea..... I heard it only cost him $8k to fix but what a douche.

Compared to anything else in the sports car realm, yes it does. Vipers are not owned because they are reliable, though.

It's a badass car, but I'd rather have a Vette...despite the fact I cannot drive anywhere without seeing at least one C6.

my buddies had the battery leak (common problem ) and had to have the rear of the car repainted due to acid on the paint , all done under warranty.

the fiberglass looks like it was done by a paddle boat company.

no one is doubting they are cool cars, but if you think that is good build quality (or that a vette is) you need to perhaps look at cars built in the last 5 years to compare.
