Title: I could use a basemap

Im not good with the tuning.  Somehow I've managed to tune my last 5 cars without blowing them up but It would be super keen if someone had a setup very similarish to mine so I had some good reference to compare to so I know I'm not being retarded.

Motor - b20 stock
MAP - stock
Injectors - 450cc
turbo - big 16g
Fuel - 93 oct

Any help apprecimated.  I dont want to blow this one up.
