Just picked up some OEM civic shocks/springs for $40, started cleaning em up a bit and turns out they weren't so OEM. I remember wanting these springs back when I was in high school(11 years ago) but Chinese coil-overs were much more affordable. They worth keeping for the long run w/ new shocks? I remember hearing H&Rs were better than Eibach because of the coil count...any truth to this? My Dads 740iL has H&Rs and it rides sweet. Haven't put em on but so far I'm happy w/ my purchase..... especially if i decide to sell :D

I had a parts car come in that looked kinda of lowered but I didnt think much of it. Took the suspension off and saw a little gloss to the coils on the springs, cleaned them up. They were eibachs. Alot of these old school looking cars actually have nice suspension on them because cdm coil overs werent around yet :D
Either way nice score. 8)
