Title: Nuts and BOLTS!?!?!?!
Post by: Cooljnateman on March 06, 2010, 09:48:44 PM
2 things first, Integra LCA's in an EJ/EK 2000 civic 2 door? they fitting....my mild research has led me to believe no....

2nd thing, i stripped the nut that holds the strut in place on the top of the bushing on the top hat, but its basically completelty tightened, i didnt strip it on the outside, i stripped it on the inside....how big of an issue is this.... and dont give me my favorite answers like, you car wont start, or it cost 750 dollars to fix plus a blow job.

pics of the lowered wip coming soon!

If its just the nut, replace the fucking thing you lazy fuck. Or at least use another nut as a jam nut on top of that.

Why dont you take a tape measure and crawl under the car and measure how far apart your lower control arm bolts are and then check the other ones.

96-00 Civic rear LCA's are different than any other civic/teg. If you need a sway bar attach point, drill a hole as they're stamped steel.

Second point: get a fucking $10 torque wrench and download a 96-00 civic manual off a torrent. Then you won't get in that bind. Double-nutted will be fine until you try to remove the shock.
