I have been takin one serving a day for bout 3 weeks now and it helps with the workouts, but now I am starting to step it up to 2 servings a day 'today' and I have the fucking shakes like no other. Feels like I'm starting to get Niacin flush too but not showin skin wise. Just wondering if anyone else is on this stuff too and what your symptoms/workouts been like if any improvements at all.

i tried that a few years ago and loved it. felt like the workouts were better and i felt better about them. the shakes were pretty common if you take too much, just cut the serving back a little bit and it should be fine. after about 3 weeks of useing it i started to feel like every little thing irritated the shit out of me pretty quickly lol. i would snap at people for no reason, maybe that had to do with alot of other shit that was going on though. oh and after i would work out i always felt liek i had to take a huge crap lol

No snapping goin on but I definately not goin to keep up the 2 servings a day thing, I dont like the feeling

I personally didn't find it very affective, to each his own tho, if i remember correctly its full of caffeine and sugar.
I found Horsepower mucccch more affective if you can deal with Niacin flush....
i know a few people who really liked nano vaopur.
but if it works for ya use it :)

It's a kind of creatine as I can read?
I'm taking creatine since 3-4 weeks and seems to work for me. I have more energy when I workout and I feel better the next day.
My muscles are also growing fast, but there were naturally growing fast anyway... My bicep were at 12.5" when I started a month ago and I'm now at 14.5" with 2 days workout per week.
I'm 155lbs and I now bench press 150lbs (including the bar...)
Slowly but surely ;)

My roommate and I use the n.o explode. Its some good shit. I jsut switched to MRI Black Powder and I swear its better. Feels more intense, tastes better, and you need less (in quantity compared to n.o explode).
Only take 1 scoop of whatever your on 10-20 minutes before you workout. Thats all your going to need the whole day. I get the shakes a little every once in a while but that usually only happens when I feel like I haven't drunk enough water with it or I didnt workout as much as usual.
black powder and/or n.o explode makes me feel more on edge and working out/moving around more intense and desirable to do. If im not doing something I have to fight the urge to beat someones ass or get to working out lol. Doesn't make me feel pissed or anything but its like a feeling of having what I call an "adrenalin drip" which lasts for a good while.
Oh yea and work outs are more productive. Cant seem to get enough wight lifting in before I lose motor control in my muscles :evil:

i like it because it has zero caffeine or sugar, both substances i do not like, its also well balanced. It uses Kre-Akalyn which dosent bloat you like mono-hydrate.
Caffeine also limits your creatine absorption, so it works against you
Ive cycled mono off and on before it really works for me, if you take alot really drink alot tho. i used Armageddon as a post workout and i am partial towards muscle milk for a protein because of its high vitamin content.
i haven't used anything in about a year now, but i did experience much quicker gain when on creatine / horsepower / Armageddon combo, however im past pumping my body full of stuff now.
to each his own.. on these products some people don't respond well to them, or don't respond to creatine. One thing i would say is be hydrated and make sure your eating and living healthily, i wouldn't load my liver up with this stuff and then drink a case on saturday night, thats just me tho.

white flood is where its at for a year i would usde alot of nitric oxide for works outs and everytime i tried a different brand and whiteflood is the only one i would use now. the only results i got from n.o. is i gained alot of lean muscle so i did not get very big with it i wen from 13'' biceps to 15''. but now that i lost weight i feel scrawny. i recently started you use a testosterone supplement to be able to get bigger muscles and its working out good. its called 4-ad. its a liquid i take twice a day 8 hours apart. i have been taking that shit for two weeks and have had zero side affects. and i have gotten quite a bit stronger. but it does not give you that rush that n.o. does which kinda sux.

youll get the shakes for a bit. i was taking 2.5-3 scoops per serving before i stopped using it. it got to the point where it just kept me up all night but didnt help my pump while working out.

yeah you have to cycle off the shit for a minute or you become immune to the effects. your body naturally produces n.o. and all that shit does is tricks your body into making more.

No- explode and Super pump 250 aka super dump are good pre work out supp. the shakes is coming from all the fucking caffine in them they are good for pumps tho I am now taking M5 by cellucor shits legit expensive but i got a good deal on some i like this alot more b/c it still gives awesome pumps imo better than super dump or no explode but you dont get as jittery its a more steady alertness and stamina through the entire workout compared to the crash i get from the other products any preworkout will deff help with uping reps tho

SuperDump user here, but I find a caffeine pill and a banana works just as well.
i €was drank a monster, forgot and then took 2 scoops of no xplod. I had a niacin flush from hell. Thought I was going to catch fire, turned fire engine red head to toe and itched like a mother fucker all over for a good solid 30 minutes.

Well its the next day, lol, yeah I got sick off the second serving and ended up just drinking alot of water to piss it out. So lesson learned. Randy I totally agree Niacin flush sucks as last night wa the first time ever having that symptom. I'm not trying to gain mass or bulk. Just trying to stay lean and cut at 155lbs-ish. My whole family on both sides make Brian look slim so thats why I am taking supplements that increase metabolic rate and I mostly do light weight with alot of reps, run, and hella lot of abdominal workouts. I find that Tony Littles Easy Shaper and the Ab Circle pro be the best things for the gut area for home workouts.

I went to GNC and looked at the products listed above that was mentioned. VERY simular in chemical's but I can almost bet the concentration mixture/formula is definately better than the N.O. Xplode......... I'm goin to use this container up on a 1 day supplemental intake and then go from there. Had one serving earlier today to compensate for have a binge drinking night with the girl and friends....Then had another 1/3 serving bout a hour ago and I feel lively....

Yo, just reread all this. If you are trying to stay lean and cut, lay off the creatine products.
Get you some bronkaid and caffeine, shit works awesome. Damn near as good as clen without the sides.
And you say 155ish, what the hell did you weigh when you where down here? How tall?
When you where here I was down to 168# @ 5'11" and felt like shit and thought I looked strung out. Did a slow bulk up to around 185# and felt tons better. But I could care less about abs. I married and beat down so it doesn't matter anymore. lol
But on that first cut I mostly just did cardio and calorie restriction. didn't eat near enough protein and turned into a huge puss....ei I was skinny fat. ( feels bad man.
As of today I'm sitting at about 205# on a bulk, going to keep it up till I hit around 215# and then cut.

When I weighed 168 @ 5'11" I felt fat and flabby, and I will always look strung out with the permanent dark circles under my eyes.
