Title: Foreclosure rates
Post by: 92CXyD on March 15, 2010, 01:22:42 PM
I saw this link: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=111494514 (http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=111494514)

And looking at some the counties some you nogs live in is seriously high foreclosure rates.

Looking at Wyoming (my state) my county has the highest. 1 out of 1,381 households face foreclosure.

I wish I had some major  cash to buy up some homes.

The oil and gas business around here is heating up more.

Imperiral county a nice solid 27 percent. Yes guys California is the place of dreams. No jobs, poverty and crime. Even the mexicans wont come here anymore.

1 in 1071 with a Median Income of almost $97k.

Looking at the West Coast makes me laugh.  Has Hollywood and the sun really destroyed your reality that much that you can't figure out that if you only work 3 days a week at Starbucks; you can't afford a $50k BMW, a $700k 1500 sqft house, and to go to Vegas every other month?

Vegas is also bankrupt. Major casino's are most likely going to be flipped in the next couple years.

you really have to look at the amount of houses in the area versus the ratio of forclosures. some places looks alot worse then they are.

California minus some areas of the bay area and la are that bad. The middle of the state away from the coast is just poor with crazy laws that have moved every business away from here.

1 in 94 here in good ole St. Lucie county.

Its says unemployment rate is 14%. Its going to get worse here, there are tons of houses the banks are in no hurry to foreclose on, and the real umeployment rate is closer to 25%. There is a large % of subs who are out of work dont get counted because they dont recieve checks. Its going to get alot worse before it gets better here.

I want out.

The white trash dream, sir.   Then you can roll the cracker box as collateral onto a crack of land and get it mortgaged.  Hang up a sign in the front lawn, "Rancho de Relaxo," and work every day until you're 70.

Knox county, TN, calls your name.  You'll make as much money now as I was two years ago when everything was good in my hood, and when the economy recovers I daresay you'll do better than you ever have before.

I won't live that long unless Obama gives me a free heart transplant.

Both of my pensions start when I'm 52 1/2.

liberalism is a blight moving from one place to another leaving nothing but despotism and tyranny in its wake

When will you realize that shit this big doesn't happen overnight? Do you really think the last 8 years of your dream govenment had nothing to do with this?

Lets try something. Drop a 100lb weight over someone on a sidewalk from a 90-story building. As it gets to the 10th floor, let's you and me switch places. We'll assume it kills the guy. So who's to blame for the death, me since I'm in the possition of hanging out the window, or you who dropped the weight?

This dreadnaught of a recession was not put into motion a year ago. Obama has Bin Laden with Al-Qaeda bad press for someone else's mistakes.
