Title: what do you guys think about this

got this pm6 off ebay, im eventually going to chip it but it looks like it might already have a chip directly soldered to the board, also a weird jumper wire on the back side.

Im going to assume the jumper is because he overheated/ruined a trace on the board, i could be off base tho...

Looks like it was chipped than someone threw the stock chip back in it to sell it.

the fucker listed no returns in his auction but not an hour after i sent him a message telling him i wanted my money back, he refunded all of it. maybe he didnt know, maybe he did and knew i would get my money back-idk. sent it back to him and bought another one that is already chipped, from some canuck that seems to know what he is doing.
