Easier, buy a 20 oz bag of Simply Potatos, diced with onions for $0.99 this week at Krogers.

Myself, I pan fry the whole bag ($1) then top with a packet of sausage gravy ($1) then cook 8 oz. of Krogers brand of Egg beaters ($1) with celery and onion tossed in ($0.50) and have a huge plate of success.

No wonder I'm gaining weight......oh yeah.....only fags eat sour cream :)

Also, too fried.

you can do em in the oven (lol i said do em in the oven)

but then youd have to flip them and turn em arround FUCK THAT

other than adding sour cream to cookie dough this is prolly the only thing i eat sourcream with

diced potatoes pan fried then add diced tomatoes and just before they are done drop in 3 or 4 eggs makes the best god damn omelet ever (top with minced onions right after you toss the eggs on)
