Won't go into gear while running now.

I guess the cometic pressure plate or clutch or something shit the bed.

Got it apart, was exactly what I thought it was....a fucking flywheel bolt.

Tore the whole goddamn engine out for a bolt.

I had the same thing happen when i did my first swap back in high school. Torque those bad boys down.



Old clutch cable brackets from cable sohc transmissions make great brakets to lock the flywheel into place. Honda's old theory of multi use parts.


Also I hope your not using any automatic bolts for your flywheel. they will be stamped AT at the top and a very short.

I dunno, I bought them from someone on here.  Too late to check now.

I torqued to 80lbs, bitches better hold this time.

Engine back in.

fuck torqing them, put some locktite and hit it with the impact gun on the highest setting real quick
