hi
-
Got my basemap in tried to start the car will not start at all. Give it a little throttle and bogs misses like timing but then i throw code 16 fuel injector? how do you check injectors? Bought from a fellow member who said they were 780cc but fuck who know there were no #'s on them HELP
i'm definatley no expert, but do you need a resistor box?
-
yes i have one installed just did a lil reasearch and they all came out to 3ohm meaning low impedence correct?
-
jd doesnt like basemap begging ::)
-
got one from some else and need to know if that is the prob or not gotta have this thing running by the dyno day
-
Stock ecu and stock injectors you should try first.

+1
P.S. No basemap begging allowed here learn to do it yourself and ask for help with how to do it
-
Apexi's correct.
CEL 16 is injector test circuit fail, only happens if there is an open circuit. Check your wiring.

like I told you last night. Put the 240's in and set you boost cut at 1lb And run a stock map. Get it to the dyno day meet and im sure the something will happen with it.

curious is there a difference in resistor boxes? I put the ohm meter on the power in and out to the injector got a 007 reading when i did the injectors the read 003? so am I running the wrong resistor box?
-
All resistor boxes are made by the same place, all are 6.8 ohm resistors.
n00b electrical mistake 101, you must remove the component from the circuit in order to determine it's resistance. FUCK YOU!!

it wasn't plugged into anything wtf? nothing was connected at all when i checked it
