i found a 91 civic wagon in damn good shape for about $1000 with less than 97k miles on it. 6 speed awd yadda yadda yadda.

i might spend this winter in NY before moving to AZ. i need your opinion if it's worth buying for a reliable winter beater. thanks naggers.

buy the shit out of it, I have had 2 wagons that I used for the tprc (one I drove for a year), I would love to get another wagon but they are all rusty around here and very hard to find. I'll settle for a 1st gen std. crv if the prices ever come down.

Buy that shit!!  awd wagons are hard to come by and make great beaters.  Eventually when they are no longer useful, their drive train make excellent conversions later on.
