Title: Farmer down the street died, auctioning his stuff, cool shit
Post by: Whitey on July 15, 2010, 09:49:08 PM
This guy was a hardcore motherfucker and seems like he didn't sell anything.  His son inherited all his stuff a while ago and he just died so the wife is selling it all.  It looks like the guy never sold anything.  The funny thing is I remember him driving the 30' Chevy up till he died like 10 years ago.  He also had a car with a hand crank but I forget what it was.  Mostly all his cars have under 40,000 miles and classic or antique tags.  Here's some of his stuff:

1930 Chevy 75K original miles Still runs with the wood rims and all:

Its just amazing how old the cars are and have practically no miles on them.  I'm going down tomorrow to get better pictures.  He's also selling a 5.1 acre wooded lot that I'm bidding on.   :noel:  $25,000 cash in hand for the 10% down required that day.  Wish me luck   :mexi:

Already got the old minibike:

Now I need a property to ride it on.  The property is probably a pipe dream but it would be nice.  Its a helluva nice piece of land

does said land have a crik?

hmt meet on 5 acres of land would be balling, you could build a flat rate drag strip out there from cement bags

There is a creek running through the back of the property.  All surrounded by wooded land that can't be developed.  Its perfect if you don't want to deal with neighbors

I'd buy the minibike if it goes for under $100.00, I'd take the simplex for the same price but its mainly the property.

There are no less than three 50-53's within 1/8th of a mile of my trailerpark-king house. Lean on the 30' chevy and the Jeep for the $$$.

5 acres wouldn't fit an 1/8 mile track.

I'd only want the wooden wheels gig, and I'd roll town with a tommy gun.  :noel:

From stake to stake the property is 1000' long.  You could fit an 1/8th mile track with an Englishtown shutdown  :noel:  The old man used to drive an even older car then that before he died.  It had wooden pillars and the hand crank in the front.

Yeah, its the one across from the pond.  The inside of the house looks like something out of the Blair Witch Project inside.  He didn't even have a hot water heater until 1990 and when he got it installed it was only a 5 gallon tank.  There's a 95 Geo Metro there with 20,000 miles in mint shape down there.  You should trade your in and get that

I love that you said crik and I love that you both realize how crucial it is that there be a crik! No homo...

The auction started today and man he has a ton of shit down there.  The 30' Chevy is badass with its USDM baller wheels:

When I was like 12, I modified a riding mower that did wheelies (cause it had a clutch and brake, not a combo clutch/brake) we gave it to him when I was done with it and that son of a bitch held onto it for like 16 years and its for sale down there, with my black paint job, racing stripe and all.  :?:

More pics of the 48' Simplex, I guess the found the head in one of the scrap piles so its almost complete:

I haven't been able to sleep in like 3 days waiting for this.  I'm worried that the land is going to go for too much and I have money left over to build on it.   :-\

I really can't call upstate NY people country folk.  That's such a bullshit area I don't think anyone from there can survive in the real world.

Why would you want to heat hot water

So you can scrub bitches clean before you rape their assholes.

nothing wrong with buying property and just letting it sit untill you can build a few years from now.

IF you can get it dirt-cheap, taxes are cheap, and you're guaranteed to be able to build what you want on it in a couple years. You might want to look into that. With cheap taxes you should still get your money back in a few years if you have to sell to replace your liver.

Well its over I was the highest bidder @ $140,000 but she didn't accept the bid.  I gave her my number so maybe she'll call me after the auction is done.  I'm hoping she will call becuase if we do the sale just between me and her, she can cut out paying a comission to someone.
