80 bucks
There are exact honda clones so all replacement parts and after market are interchangeable.
There is all kinds of info for them.
They even have go cart classes set up for them called box stock.

Yeah i think 40 will be sketchy enough for me.
I was going to originally gear it for 50 but the clutch fully engages at 2200 rpm so I would have to do 25 all the time witch leaves no cruising room.

you fags talk shit about my motorized bicycle, but not his motorized scooter.

yeah i agree 40mph will be sketchy enough, 30mph on a walmart beach cruiser is sketchy

That is because a motorized bicycle is a homosexual version of a motorcycle, a motorized scooter is a badass version of a scooter.

Fabbed
Front and board are from a go ped, rear is 1 1/2 inch tubing.
My buddy mike welded her up.
BUILT NOT BOUGHT!

Looks great. I work with the real Hondas at work atm, they are pretty well bulletproof. I've only seen 2 fry, and they were the same batch serial numbers. Since there's not a whole lot to the metalurgy, they should be great to deal with. FYI if you strike a deal with your local Home Depot tool rental tech, you should be able to get genuine replacement Honda parts near cost.

As for the clutch...if that's a spring & shoe deal, add some lead and/or re-heat the springs. Get that shit engaging right off idle...

BTW is that the GX160 clone? I can't find anything besides a 193cc version for $129.

You have to wait for them to drop it to 109 or 99 which they do every other month then use this.

They also have to price match there catalog if you have one.

Im still thinking on how to relocate the gas tank without haveing to add a pulse fuel pump.

those centrifical clutches suck as, they wear out really fast.  Weld a gear tothe outputshaft and run that bitch direct drive.  I did that with my minibike and a 8hp engine, it was scary as fuck.  everyone but me crashed on it, a few of my friends got motorcycle style roadrash from crashing that thing.

They only wear out fast if you don't get one that rated for enough torque, just like a car.
The one I got is rated to 15 ft lbs.
also the thing doesn't way anything like a go Kart so I think it should last for awhile.

I dunno, i've had them on minibikes before and they wore out, probably took a little while though 10ish gas tank fulls? maybe? its been a long time.  Direct drive on a minibike is scary as fuck, gotta prop the rear tire up with a brick and pull start it, then while its on you gotta jump on it and gas it. once i jumped on it and gas'd it and the tire shot the brick out and it hit my friend in the shin, fucked him up pretty bad. LOL.

Put the gas tank on the handle bars.....  Gravity feed.... :noel:  and it would be more dangerous!

If it's a true honda clone, it uses the horizontal-facing port on the left of the TB inlet as suction. That suction combined with the suction of the jet both fill the bowl when the float is down, and the bowl is connected to the tank via a simple tube with a filter/grommet deal. That's why it's so easy to vapor lock those motors with a shitty gas cap. Suction inside the tank overcomes the suction in the bowl.

The other option is to get a $20-50 pump from a tractor motor, like a kohler. It's basicly a large 2-stroke's diaphragm pump - it uses exhaust pulses to push it into the bowl. It wouldn't overfill the bowl as long as it's internal return valve isn't stronger than the boyancy the float provides.
