Title: New to welding, is this a decent setup

So like the title says, im newish, to welding. I have read more tutorials and info on welding and would just like to get an opinion on whether this would be a decent welder for downpipes, manifolds, random fabrication, etc.

Looks good to me. I would rock it!! I would offer him a little less and see if he bites, but thats an ok deal at that price.

Thanks for the response. Yeah, looks like a decent welder, its got a auto darkening helmet already, leathers, think ill jump on this tomorrow.

It's a good deal with the tank, but it's a little low on power depending on what you want to do. I have to run my 140 WTFO on heavier stuff.

Century welder (by Lincoln), MIG wire feed, 220v, 130 amp. Includes tank (w/gas), gauges, extra wire, auto dimming helmet, gloves and leather half coat. The trigger switch was broken and has been replaced with a momentary button. $450 OBO (cart not included).

Cart not included??????

Fuck that! Cart or no deal!

id pass on it. if you shop around you can find a real lincon or miller with the tank and all that jazz for the same price
