yoooo finally got around to fixing the civic with eagles and vitaras, but when I went to drive it the clutch felt really weird. It fully disengages if you push it all the way to the floor, but as soon as I let it up just a bit, it engages harshly. Granted its a action 2ms, but I drove it a bit before and it didn't feel this way.
I think the engagement should be closer to the middle of the pedal travel. Hydraulic clutch. Does this mean the master cylinder is going out?
also its dead soft 95% of the way down until the last little bit where its actually pushing the clutch fork
-
Fluid leak? If not... bleed the line.
-
Make sure the system is bled well, then adjust the clutch pedal pushrod.
I had the same issue with my Comp Clutch Stage 4.
-
that pushrod is being a bitch, nut wants to strip. You think if I pull the pushrod out of the cylinder further that will fix it?
-
my MDM 4 puck unsprung was like this. granted it was a 4 pick unsprung. i didnt mind it. i would adjust that rod and put the holslut on it.

srsly about to. gonna get the civic running again on the t25 for a bit, fix the porsche, then holset time!
I need a wg, and to install that 3 bar map. It looks like the pie cut dp i made for the t25 might line up with the holset too, 2.5" vband
