i received my new Miller TIG welder and its a 220 plug in. and i was wondering if place sold a 220v to 110v adapter so i can just use a normal plug in? the TIG welder is light and compact so i can take it somewhere if needed, but not a lot of places will have a 220 plug in lol

Those are usually sold at places that sell rope...
-
You can cut the plug off the welder and put a 110 plug on it.

would be easier to buy a 110 volt male plug and a 220 female plug and make a conversion extension cord, he might want to use it on 220 when its avaliable
-
thats how my plasma cutter is set up, 110 male plug from the unit, then a 110 female to a 220 male plug for when 220 is avaliable
-
umm will it work for 110 if it will sure use a conversion harness if not just hope places you go have a dryer :mexi:
