Title: 3.Bar Map????
Post by: clwtwizted on October 08, 2010, 04:19:14 PM
I purchased a 3bar map sensor on ebay. Im trying to figure what the fuck it is before I put it on the car. Has any one ever used one of these? Im using crome and I see all the different maps to chose from and I dont know which one it is or what specs to use in the custom section. Please help.

I guess it is time for you to get out the Mityvac and watch the voltage as you change the pressure on the sensor...

It's either 0-4.9 volt GM calibration 3 bar, or a 0.5-4.5 volt Kavlico/clone calibration 3.5 bar.  Should be pretty simple by monitoring atmospheric pressure at KOEO, and at idle.

Omnipower/Xenocron clone using a motorla type.

You should of made your own for $15 in supplies.

On Crome use Xenocrons 3.0 bar map. ;D

I used the xenocron 3 bar. I did some street tuning today. I got a good start on it, More fine tuning in the moring.
