I've known they used it in tanks and such, but has anyone ever implemented it into a road car?
doesnt seem to be too hard to do
if you dont know what it is, think this homemade jet engine (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZoymnZRBVc&feature=related#normal)
on your car. full boost all the time.

what exactly are you trying to run here?
Piping the turbines exhaust gas into another turbine and using that compressor to power your enigne? If there is one thing I learned from physics is that there is no such thing as "free" energy and it would cost more power to run the turbojet to power the other turbo to your motor than if you just ran a turbo.
Pulse jets are cool its pretty sweet what a flame front will do when one gets it to hold a frequency. think 2 stroke tuning of pipes.

you make a combustion chamber that gets its air from one of the charge pipes, start injecting fuel into it and running its exhaust into the turbine housing.
only 1 turbo, your just adding a combustion chamber, spark plug, and fuel injector. maybe another wastegate to close off the combustion chamber when its not running.
since its a positive feedback loop it starts building boost. it could be easily run with some cheap mc to run the injector at a good pulsewidth.
