some bs laws about it not being premeditated murder

also fuck detroit they dont take someones phone call then send a fucking swat team

just before i left detroit a kid got shot and killed at the races.. the same shooter also shot an undercover cop

the shooter bragged bout killing the kid to several people and the cops dont give a fuck

shooter also crushed his 07 300c at his friends junkyard with the murder weapon supposidly in it

why cant cops arrest him and ask him where the fuck his car is? whats so fucking hard about that?
