My two current dattos, '75 reg cab and '77 king cab. '75 has a ka24de sitting in the engine bay, with wiring harness already made, trans x-member modified, and 5sp. Will be going into my king cab (reg cab will be getting a totally obscure motor and full-width 3/4ton axles - my crawler project), all I need is to modify motor mounts (shorter 5/8") and a throttle cable form a Pathfinder

Lots of mud trucks these days are running hybrid D80 Rockwell C103 axles iirc. Also Dynatrac makes a Steering D80, saw one in an oilfield truck a few weeks ago, my guess is it was about a $15k touch.

I would like to see it in this duramax as well, at least he put a decent axle in it, even if he did put the hype of all hype "6 gun" banks in it.
