The only thing unsafe about this is the potential damage to your asshole during a VW meet, where you rolled up in something with the tires like that.

If I see that around here, I'm slashing all 4 and posting a nice thank-you note for endangering my friends and family by using them on public roads.

I'd piss on it too, but they're probably enjoy it, and would help strip their paint for the rusted look.
