Oh my dan from rcrew was hounding akmee for years to get those cams out of storage. Hopefully they were lubed up well or he will be spening alot of time cleaning off surface rust.

Track/dyno tested


The one I tuned with some port work i did, decked head on a jdm d15b vtec made me giggle. Butt dyno says :noel:

liveforphysics Luke designed them.  They're basically Crower 2 and Crower 3 profiles massaged to work with stock valvesprings.  Luke obtained a number of test mules and proceeded to float valves against the profiles, took them out after a certain number of miles and inspected the cams for wear marks indicative of the valve losing contact with the lobe and/or landing on the down ramp. 

When I spoke to him over a year ago about it his old college roomate was still rocking one.  Stock springs.
