The guy was a dick even before he had a name. Hickman and crew like many used sidedrafts on all motor cars back in the day and he swore he knew everything this is back in the 90's. The fact the guy tried numerous times starting shit with us was laughable. Even the black dudes at the track were not a fan of him.

Then we are all world class drivers. Driving the old D15 powered CRX was easy said Bisi. So easy he joked to me about driving it. Frank didn't like the idea of hauling two cars to Route 66 and that it was likely both cars would end up in the finals together.
Also, most of the battery would be dead in either car, needing a jumpstart.

11.50 340+ Dart, automatic with transbrake, really simple right?
My first pass was low 11.3x, owner called BS and let me make another pass. High 11.2x with best 60 foot the car ever did, but on a T&T night where the grip was down a bit. The owner was pissed and made a pass in his car....11.501 in a car he dials to 11.50 for brackets.
What was different in my driving? I didn't floor the gas pedal against the transbrake. I kept it at about 1/2 throttle but same rpms on the transbrake. That way the car still got a shot of gas from the accel pump and didn't stumble at launch. All time I made up was at 60 foot and 330 foot, after that the time increments were the same.
I should have married his daughter when I had the chance. Only reason I got to drive the Mopar was he gave me shit about racing "a rice burner" but afterwards was glad to see me out there still drag racing.
I have no nudes of Tammi, I didn't have any Polaroid film at the time.

sir the fact Im part azian and can actually drive I feel is a gift from the magical man in the sky. On a serious note I have never driven an old car the only automatic vehicle I have driven is my truck.
