What are those? Block off plates of some sort? Maybe egr?

Yeah, they are block off/ hold down clamps. They cover the exhaust inlet to the intake manifold (that is what the O ring gland is for) and they also hold the coolant bypass tube in place. This is just a first op with two parts in each piece of bar stock. After this they get put in a set of softjaws and basically just faced off and chamfered to yield the completed parts.

I have Mastercam, OneCnc and HSMworks, I also have a friend that has Gibbs which I use on occasion for the odd thing. Too many bloody cam programs. We use Solidworks and Alibre for design.

THE MONSTER LIVES!!!!! Congrats Dave I know it has been a long road for you. Being able to run parts on it must be a great Christmas.

BTW, I have a few heads to ship to you next week, I meant to get them out last week but I had to pull a few all nighters.
