I'd sign but I'm in a non-smog state driving completely emissions-test-exempt 94/95 hondas. If I sign I'm no longer a special & unique flower.

It's a state matter hence why most of you guys dont have smog which is fine with me. California will always have it's laws it has you just go around them not that big of a deal

That's cool for the people that deal with emissions. I'm in FL where nobody gives 2 shits what I do to my car. Also, there is no e-85 in northeast Florida. I would like to run it, but cant

Illegal smog every couple years for 250 bucks or for some people I know who swap back to stock motors for smog than back to new motor after smog

California does need some form of regulation the place has to many people in many areas one being the los angeles/orange county areas. Now there are places in california in the cuts that only require smog once when you buy the car after that never again. Anything within in the major cities by 3 hours is getting the shaft though.

to someone like me who has never dealt with it, it seems like a real pain or a lot of work to keep swapping shit around. it does seem easier for the 0bd0/obd1 guys though. at least you dont have to deal with anyone connecting a scanner or trying to keep bullshit CEL's off.
