Poll reset to reflect newest option.

My Ex mother-in-law complained about the same shit in her Subaru in the snow. I told her it's supposed to do that, but she still didn't like it. I'm voting woman.

Bad rotors = more vibration than when ABS kicks in.
-
i wish abs had never been invented
-
WHERE THE FUCK IS THE JDSAP OPTION???
-
its not there cause JD also sucks at polls

The brakes work but it literally takes 100lbs of force or more to get the car to stop in snow. Doucher.
-
There's a nice thing called winter tires they sell for snow and ice.
Shit's awesome.

Russ is also correct, a woman, a huge giant faggot, or some combination thereof.

Winter tires have nothing to do with anything.
-
Winter tires are for pussies that can't drive.
-
Winter tires are great for avoiding the other pussies that can't drive.
Fixed.

Must be in your neighborhood.
20 Car Pile up P.1 - EveryPlaylist.com (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d5exATIaQiI#)
All these bad driver together. The tires are probably not the cause. Go ahead and try to climb that hill to show how good driver you are!
Drag slicks are also for pussies that can't drive don't you think?
In F1, the rain tire are useless they just can't drive.
I heard wood wheels are the best in any situation. All these "condition" tires are just a big scam.

LOL. What hill, Francis? That's flat fucking land.
-
That video was awesome. That shit was in Colorado Springs last year.

Since when car goes down on a flat land? JD, come on. You tune high horsepower cars but you don't know gravity? :P

I've seen your mom with a dildo, but not your driveway sorry. ;DDD
-
Francis, have you seen my driveway??
Its not a driveway, at best its hillbilly solemn 4x4 course with moveable condo's next to it.
-
Btw, this is the driveway I had to drive into last week on ice and 4" of snow at -15C.
Unless your talking about 4x4 summer tires (even then) your not able to climb this with summer tires. Maybe doing backward...

Snow have nothing to do with anything.
You're right on that one Caleb snow is not the problem. Find the mechanical problem then.

I came to a complete stop earlier, halfway up right before the apex, and then stomped it in 4H and didn't spin. Robert's was all over the place coming up the driveway in the Jetta 45 minutes previous.

The mechanical problem is that my car is made by germans.

I drive on shit like that all the time.
My civic just has all-season tires with good tread and LSD trans.
I find the colder it is the better the tires stick, probably b/c the ice/snow doesn't become a lubricant when melting under your tires as much.
Or it could be I'm not French and can drive a car. :noel:

Again, you have a LSD... It make a big fucking difference in the snow. Nobody has LSD transmission. You failed :)

I don't have ABS... so?
-
Can we pick 2 answers? I want option E and F

In my spare '94 DX w/o LSD I could go up that drive way. And your French Canadian, you failed. ::) 8) O0

Got any codes? ABS light on?
-
I would venture to say that the LSD isn't making much of a difference going up a snowy hill, equal traction loss on both tires means both are spinning, unless your girlfriend is a fatty.

My girlfriend no, my wife.......... :noel:
As for the LSD it does make a bit a difference, b/c I rarely experience issues of both tires breaking traction at the same time going up hills.
Driving done hills can be another issue. :noel:

Codes for days but no VAGcom

This is where the Whoretex comes in handy. While some VW owners can be trendy douchenozzles, most of the time they are more than willing to help someone out.
http://forums.vwvortex.com/forumdisplay.php?5113-United-States (http://forums.vwvortex.com/forumdisplay.php?5113-United-States)
check our the regional forums and find your area. see if someone is willing to run some codes for you so you know what to fix.
If it were me, id check the Vacuum booster deal and all hoses leading to and from the brake booster itself. If you have good vacuum up to the booster then it might be a bad booster. Again i don't know too terribly much about the mk4 but brakes are brakes most of the time.
TL;DR Check codes. Check lines for leaks. Check for good vacuum. Check vacuum booster deal. Check brake booster. Set car on fire. roast marshmallows. Profit.
