Title: Silverado manual to auto swap
Post by: PhilStubbs on February 09, 2012, 12:06:13 PM
So, I might be picking up a 700r4 this weekend for cheap/free. I really want an automatic in my silverado cause towing with a manual sucks and backing a trailer up with a manual sucks even more.

Anyway, anyone know if I can use the original driveshaft from the NV3500 with a 700r4? They look to be close in length. Any chance the splines are the same?
