I dont know why the cops dont focus on more important issues like Illegal alien drivers. I would think they are more dangerous behind the wheel than street racers as there are probably millions of them.
First off they have no license, that means they dont really know the rules of the road.
Second most likely they have no insurance, if they T-bone you or run you off the road, chances are good they are going to flee the scene and your going to end up paying for everything.
Third, there are way to many cars on the road, It would be nice to get rid of the people who shouldnt be on the road in the first place. Thats what the bus is for, poor people that cant drive. Good luck loading your lawnmower and leafblower on the bike rack!

I have a racecar button in my stock integra. Some poeple say its the fog lights, but I don't care, it's my racecar button.
Also, I remove my stock intake filter and I have a racecar. Cost me 15k$ to do this with proper tools. Really.

In my car I have a push botton (a/c button) setup where I go from stock D16z6 to a D16z6 w/ 12psig. ;D

exactly!!!! Half a million dollars just to stop street racing! GIVE ME A FUCKING BREAK! There is so much more important shit that money could of gone to or they could be focusing on as a problem other then street racing.

Just the other day, I was driving to a friends house, and at one of the intersections it was blocked off with police, ambulances, and firetrucks.
I pull into a gas station because it's the only way around it (although I still had to weave through cops to get out), and I needed some beer. The cashier there was crying, I asked what happened, and she said a car blew up and two people died.
Turns out, a messican't rear ended a car with a 16yr old and 19yr old in it and killed them both. The car blew up and they burned alive... Supposedly someone called the cops on the driver because he was driving erratically. The cop tried to pull him over, but the truck took off and the cop got stuck at an intersection. When he reached the truck, it had been in the accident.
The guy is currently in critical condition and charged with 2 murders.
