Not bad, on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/CIVIC-DEL-SOL-CRX-D15-D16-CAST-TURBO-MANIFOLD-EF-EG-EK-/251045082199?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3a7373f457&vxp=mtr (http://www.ebay.com/itm/CIVIC-DEL-SOL-CRX-D15-D16-CAST-TURBO-MANIFOLD-EF-EG-EK-/251045082199?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3a7373f457&vxp=mtr)

It is little less than half of that price  :noel:

The wastegate port is not at all in the exhaust flow path, how is that not retarded?

At least the ones I had seen in comparison had the W/G placement right on one of the runners..

Are you new? Have you not seen any of the older ones? This thing is MILES ahead of what there used to be at price point.

What ever happened to the RHMT way and building your own mani, then you can prioritize WG mounting location....

No I haven't seen the older ones. If this thing is miles ahead I am assuming the old ones must have had the wastegate port running off one primary near the head or something? This manifolds wastegate placement is gay at best.

I bought one of those a few weeks ago, it's not bad besides the slightly offset flange holes. It seems they took a b-series BLOX, copied it into a CAD app, resized it in the CAD program, and changed the flange to a SOHC. Then made a mould and went from there.

As far as d-series, it offers one of the best WG placement. I plan on using it on my car and checking how it works to as low as 3psi.

probably enough back pressure will be created that wastegate placement wont matter...  O0

Yeah, sinktraps/elephants just don't flow for shit. 17psi only made 20whp more than 10psi. It was also 17psi with my 3" cutout open vs 10psi through a STOCK muffler. I'd have only made made more power if I put a one-way valve on the elephant manifold. :P

One thing about that cast manifold is the WG hole is tiny, maybe 32mm. It's tappered though, and enough material to make it >38mm. Not that 38mm WG's fire rings are even 38mm in diameter though...

Shit $126?? I paid in the $50's for the EXACT same thing via that ebay tacotaco guy. The packaging was horrible and the $0.25 composite gasket was trashed, but it actually didn't loose any studs or nuts through the 3 giant holes in the box.

Oh well, I'm sure you'll get something for the extra money. I'll use the $70 difference to get some grade-8 studs, a few honda MLS exhaust gaskets, and beer.
