Broke a stud off in the turbine housing so I had to pull it off. Of course, I couldn't find a gasket for it anywhere. Ended up cutting one out of copper.

Nice work. I just rented a miller flux core deluxe welder for a day to make myself a new section of exhaust, and I now have a much greater appreciation for 1) people who make nice exhaust systems, and 2) people who weld well. Mine is booger weld supreme, and I plan on going over the welds with JB weld to make sure they leak less. ha.

There is gunk you can buy that foams a bit and seals small exhaust leaks. It takes a lot of heat, sticks to rust, and won't flake off much unless you put it on way too thick. JB weld will melt after a few hundred degrees, so don't use it too close to the header or cat.
