We don't have state run ABC-type stores, but wine and liquor can only be sold in wine and liquor stores, which cannot sell beer (as far as I can tell, none of them do at least). You can't buy wine at the grocery store. At lease we have beverage centers, selling literally nothing but beer and soda.

Yup, taxes are HIGHER and they charge you a fee based on the size of bottle :-\

One stop shopping is nice, but what about all the propaganda saying that our liquor costs more because we are paying the state to rent buildings and pay employees? I guess they just raise taxes to cover their profit losses?
