someone on a UK board offered this turbo but he dont know any specs or from which car it is...
just says Garret m24....the 3bolt odd flange reminds me abit on the old HKS stuff :?:
-
Looks like a VNT turbo almost like a vw one, but not quite.
-
i dont think its variable vane but from the compactness of it i would think its an oem peice
-
flange reminds me on Toyota CT´s or audi´s k24(which come without wastegate)
-
looks like a 14b hot side inlet. and a Honda cat converter flange outlet.
-
;DDD awesome idea
but i guess thats not the correct answer
could it be a garrett "c" series? but ive never seen one with such flange/
-
Reminds me of an RHB3; but the RHB3 is smaller I think; literally the size of a coke can.
-
but ihi wont write garrett on it ;DDD
-
and we have a winner

its a toyota landcruiser unit :noel:
i wonder if there would be any gain on a RB20 ;DDD

I'm going to guess if the motor was a 162hp diesel, that won't be the most fun turbo. Probably on par with a 60trim T3 due to the possibly larger turbine.
Just pull a Yuri and weld the turbo to the manifold.
