Found this online, seems like something I or any one of dozens of people here would try to do.  Three starion intercooler cores, aluminum sheet metal endtanks, and a shitload of JB weld.  Also a lot of beer.

Should have went double-thickness too, 5 cores vs 2.5.

that bitch will hold a solid 20pounds on a vitara setup no problem. just cut a hole in the top of the bumper so it can fit

 I posted the double quarter pounder (think it was two smic's stack welded), this knocked it into the dirt. I've got nothing.  JB welded everything triple stack starquest.  If hardee's/carl's jr sold car parts.......

for the cost of the jb weld he could have bought 1/2 dozen ebay cores. i bet it weighs 50lbs too

The guy said he got the JB weld from work, so I'd assume that means it was free.
